Teen Driver Education

Our teen courses are state of the art and cutting edge. We ensure that each detail of driver education and traffic safety is covered. We are dedicated to presenting the knowledge and skills of driving in a realistic and professional manner. You can obtain your permit when you turn 15 years of age, right after you enroll in our driver education course. After completing our program, you can obtain your driver’s license at age 16 years and 90 days provided you have:

• Successfully completed our driver’s education course to include the online training as well 6 behind the wheel.
• Successfully completed 44 hours behind the wheel training with a parent or adult guardian.
• Have held you permit for at least 180 days.
• Have passed the driving skills test.
• Have obtained certification of completion from Always First Driving Academy and
• Alliance for Traffic Safety.

Without completion of the entire program, you will not be able to obtain your license until age 16 years and 270 days.

Our Teen Driver Education includes the following:

-Online Training

We offer a comprehensive and interactive web-based learning environment through our partnership with Alliance for Traffic Safety. From the comfort of your home and at your own pace you will take a 30-hour, 14 module training programs. You do not have to complete the Alliance for Traffic Safety online course first to start driving behind the wheel with us.

-Behind the Wheel Training

In most cases we will pick you up from your home or work or designated public meeting place to make each session of your learning process convenient and easy. Each session of driving is geared to you and your needs, as a new driver. We use fully dual controlled vehicles to make you feel safe and comfortable in this new endeavor. Each vehicle is sanitized between driving sessions. Our certified instructors are patient, friendly professionals who care about making you the good, safe driver you can become. Our

instructors are background checked for security, licensed, and certified by the State of Indiana. Lessons are 1 hour in length to ensure each lesson is a progressive and positive advancement in your learning process. You can enroll with us and take one lesson at a time or you can enroll for a package of lessons. Either way, we are sure you will have a great success and get your driver’s license. We will be here to guide you all the way to that day!

-Driving Skills Test

The final step in obtaining your drivers license is proof that you have passed a driving skills test. We can administer that test from our school location. We offer driving skills tests on Mondays and Thursdays. In most cases you can use the same instructor who provided you behind the wheel lessons. Call us to schedule an appointment.

-Automobile Simulator

There are situations where students are reluctant to or fear getting behind the wheel of an automobile. We have a solution for that. Before you get into a vehicle, we can put you in our office automobile simulator. Using an approved driver education application, it will take you through various scenarios that will give you confidence before getting into a car. Call us to schedule an appointment.
